Welcome to the Burton Sailing Club website

We are a fun, family club that provides a vast range of activities from training for beginners to regular racing, windsurfing and offshore sailing.

We enjoy excellent sailing facilities at Foremark Reservoir amidst the dramatic Derbyshire countryside, in the heart of the National Forest within easy reach of Derby, Nottingham, Burton, Leicester and Loughborough.

RS Tera Class association Burton Sailing Club

Great news! Following a very successful Inland Championships in 2021, we are delighted to confirm the return of the RS Tera Fleet for their '2022 Start of Season Championships' over the weekend of 14th/15th of May.

The RS Teras are a fantastic fleet of very talented youngsters. It would be great to see some of our own up and coming sailors taking part in this event. Further details of how to get involved will be posted nearer to the date.

We're already looking forward to a great weekend of competetive sailing!
